A few favorite things.

Sorry for the lack of direction in this post but I'm  all over the place this week.    All within seven days I went to a beautiful wedding, welcomed a best friends new baby (still have not met him yet though, soon!), started summer classes, I'm back at Teen Vogue, and redecorated areas of my apartment!  So, I don't have a theme for this post, merely a collection of things I have been particularly inspired by lately.

Etsy Model of the Week.

Feeling totally inspired by this whimsical photograph by Etsy seller, Henry Darger.  According to the description, the photo was taken in Paris, which makes it even more impressive.  I love the  flouncy tulle dress against the dark appliques.  I'm also totally obsessed with the forgotten looking road in the background.  The dress, the greenery, the hair! Trés Chic!

Friendship Bracelets

Every spring and summer, friendship bracelets dominate the wrists of young fashionistas.  This year I feel they are especailly popular.  The more the better.  Dare I say they are a fashionistas silly band?  Of course these are much chicer and adorned with crystals, beads, and baubles.  You can easily spend $150 on each bracelet at stores like Bendel's or Barneys or, you could go the Etsy route and find something just as nice!

Happy Birthday.

If you have been following the blog for a while then you already know my love for Audrey Hepburn.  I know it sounds cliche to idolize her, but she was truly an amazing women, actress and fashion icon.  I actually shop by the acronym WWAW... What Would Audrey Wear.

Happy Birthday.

P.S- Breakfast at Tiffany's is actually one of my least favorite of her movies.  But I really love this scene, and this song.  My favorite Audrey movie is actually Sabrina.

What's yours?
